Default Foundation/basement help in Maryland

Does anyone here know a good foundation/basement contractor in Maryland (Baltimore area). I have a friend in need and told them I would ask around to see if any of us out there knows someone before he makes blind calls and gets the run of the mill Basement Waterproofing type of people. IF you know someone, let me know...i can descibe the problem at hand.
