Default Foundation Crack Question

House has a concrete raised perimeter, is 60 years old and had about 5 vertical cracks 16" long and about 3/16 in size..

General Question: Would you report these as common size and type of cracks?

Tim,
I would report them as cracks 3/16th. of an inch wide. If they didn't look fresh, that would be the end of the story except recommending they caulk them with a cement based caulk.

And I would tell them for have the inspection fee, I'd come back in a year to inspect them again if they would like.

That's my guess without seeing a picture anyway....
