Mark, should be stamped on it...if in fact it is..looks like moisture intrusion from AZ...but what do I know..can't remember the last time it even rained---

What did your moisture meter say?

Kinda looks like FT though.

It was very dry, low moisture content and I could not remove blackness easily with my finger. It has some whiteness in it as well.

Probably is than...what did you want to know for anyway?

Condo or something?...kind of looks like a Firewall there too.

Yup it is a duplex. Just wanted to confirm with NA greatest inspectors
