Default Going to be interesting tomorrow

Just received a call that started out you inspected my Home---------
Come to find out I inspected back in Jan and had recommended a structural engineer. To make a long story short a foundation repair company installed 10 piers but did not finish had not covered in the holes before this last round of rain drenching. The owner went on vacation and returned home to a flooded basement and wants me to document with IR the amount of water damage. I don't think he is to happy with the foundation company. I will more than likely be back in court with this one if they don't settle.
