Default Incorrect Termite Repairs

Previous joist repairs due to termite damage. Contractor neglected to properly support the "sistered joists" at the center beam. Replaced section of original wood beam with a laminated beam that was notched to fit and sandwiched around original beam midspan. Also managed to damage the block foundation. What a job!!
