Default Interior stains
1977 home if the interior has ever been repainted it was along time ago.
Ceiling stains on complete west side of home. Gutters are completly full of debrie. Stains are dry with meter. But in attic there is NO signs of past moisture. Insulation is blown in and missing in the same areas that stains appear in living space.
any thoughts.

Owner stated that 5 years ago after a heavy snow. that the stains appeared. This make total sense now.

Weird, I have the exact same thought as Jeffrey. Condensation is the only thing that comes to mind right now.
