Lets sunggle up next to the fire...

Friday's inspection. Notice how the base of the fireplace (if that's what you want to call it) is floating in air. Lot's of interesting findings at this 50 year old POS. A 5 hour report--my worst house yet. (Immigrants really liked it.)
