ok... here's one... partially rehabbed home... "new floor framing in living room"... as advertised...

just a couples nails here... a couple there... that should do it...

btw this view is from below... notched at the top around some existing flooring, and toenailed to the beam...

This was a pre-sale inspection .... luckily the home is only 6 years old and the builder has a 10 yr structural warranty on the home.

You hit the mother load! notched joists, poor framing, framing appears to be using waste line for support. Real crappy job

Great Pictures Chris and Joe!

For once I can actually tell what I am looking at and the quality of the picture is as good as it gets. Definately publishable material. I hate looking at pictures online because of all the goofy camera angles and not including everything that is of interest.
