Default This looks like it will need some work...

I need some better verbage to describe the problem here.
.
I believe I'd say something to the effect that:
.
"the concrete pad/back step needs underlying structural support, before it collapses.
Recommend repair by a concrete contractor"

Rear steps have been undermined where the soil is washed away. We recommend locating and correcting the source of the condition and replace the missing soil..
