Default Love that homeowner work

this one was just inspected by another guy....I found a few discarded truss members laying up in the attic and proceeded to located the origin. the owner wanted a loft in one of the bedrooms and needed headroom, No Problem just chop out those pesky trusses and drywall it.
Speaking of drywall. the one picture is in the attic looking down at the ceiling drywall, about a2 inch gap between sheets, No Problem extra wide tape and mud. You can see the tape joint bubbling on the interior ceiling.
