lol very very nice.

encapsulating crawls........

'IF' that stain at far right is due to water entering exterior openings then placing crap against interior walls will only hide/conceal these kinds of problems,water still entering.

will also hide possible cracks and water that enters due to crack etc.

I ask myself what were they thinking. Then realize thought had nothing do with it. Got to love it.
