yes indeedy sir! many realtors sukk, can`t stand em, the whiney lil sob`s.

many of em don`t give 2 craps of TRUE CONDITION of home, just hurry up and sell the dang thing so they get their commission which imo is WAAAAAAY TOO much for what they do
