Default Permanent Wood Foundations and Inspectors

I am considering buying a home with a permanent wood foundation. Before I do so, I would like to hire an inspector who has some training/knowledge of PWFs. My main concern is the foundation as the concept of PWFs is new to me. How do I find an inspector with knowledge of PWFs? I live in Southern Minnesota so I could draw from the Rochester area or south Twin Cities area of inspectors.

Fred,
Please Email me at ssieg@gfn.org

I know a guy that teaches classes on this subject. I believe he said that he has built the first 3 official homes to follow a specific building code for PWF. I am planning to have him give a class for NACHI soon here in Michigan but I'm sure he knows good people across the USA.
