Default Retaining wall/Foundation crack

Hi I started to do an inspection this morning on forclosure home when I came upon this crack in the retaining wall. The wall appears to part of the foundation. I have not been able to get inside today because the agent did not forward my client the key code. I don't see this crack suddenly disappearing. I have attached a photo
