Review of Home Inspection Report

I am about to buy a home in Forsyth County, GA. I have had it inspected.

A home inspectors report is a copyright of that particular home inspectors work.
You are asking InterNACHI members or other association member to involve themselves in possible litigation.
Possibly opening yourself up to litigation by making it public.
I could be wrong.

I would appreciate if somebody could comment on the builder's response.

I warn all inspectors to walk away from comment. There is too many issues in this and no way of seeing the full picture. Even if you could see the report this house is new. We are not to comment on Building Code practice unless we are the AHJ.

I know you might be curious to download the report or even look, but curiosity killed the cat, remember!
