Well umm, do you wanna FIX the dang problem once and for all or you wanna play water-diverting games and pray? http://www.nj.com/homegarden/homeimp..._basement.html

I have a DIY solution for her, DIG a hole to footing where crack is and waterproof it!

Says crack/leak wasn`t noticed when inspected, no dampness etc. If ya saw a dang crack then you should have asked if that area ever leaked and eyeball the disclosure statement. Not every crack/opening in a basement wall leaks on every rain/thaw. Who knows, maybe wall was covered or maybe crack had been patched `n painted over on inside. But just because there was no visible dampness at time of inspection doen`t mean there was no potential problem/leak.

Henri sir, she can do 3 things? The most important is to LOOK at the grade? lolol Shtt, go ahead and STARE at the grade for hours! Doesn`t change the fact there is a crack which needs to be waterproofed correctly, thats IF ya really wanna FIX the dang problem.

If she had a leaky roof,a hole in the stupid roof, would ya recommend patching the hole on the inside or placing a tarp over it outside? No, you`d recommend fixing da hole or getting a new roof...come on!

Some companies sure as chtt try `n tell a good BLCCHTT story, here is Drylok`s recent video, story. http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...ng&vt=lf&hl=en

Listen to this guy...around the .40 sec mark he yaps about OTHER companies/products who use exaggerated claims to blllchtt people into buying the stupid product.

.55 second he CLAIMS Drylok is the PERFECT waterproofing product...says Drylok`s sole-purpose is to SOLVE wet leaky walls. Know what i say?
B LL CHHTTT!!!

Applying DRYLOK on the INSIDE of basement wall(s) does NOT stop/prevent water from entering the blocks through EXTERIOR cracks,loose-crascked parging etc....NO is does NOT.

So my lil dude in the video, you are full of CRAP, exaggerated claims man.
These kinds of exaggerated claims are due to incompetence or its simply fcg fraud!

Around the 1:55 mark, yaps about hydrostatic pressure and stand-up to the LEAKIEST walls. Hey, i have a freakin TEST for your paint dumb azz.

2:15 mark, says a tower of water 22' high is NO match for Drylok. LOLOL
G DUB said he smoked dope or sniffed lines.....somebody else is consuming LOTS of drugs err alcohol too.

Hey nimrod, the soil on the outside of the walls, especially when soaked, and any roots or footings etc AND how the wall(s) were constructed is what is going to determine possible cracks, leaks, bowed wall etc...NOT ANY PAINT.

3:20 ish.... says... 'IF yer planning on selling your home the new owners will get the benefit of a DRY basement'. Are YOU kidding? This is complete BLLLCHTTT,incompetence and/or FRAUD.

NO WAY ANY PAINT etc applied on INSIDE stops/prevents WATER from entering into the blocks from the outside THROUGH cracks etc http://www2.snapfish.com/thumbnailsh...6/t_=122238283

Hey man, how will applying DRYLOK to inside wall(s) stop water from entering cracks like these....HUH? How will applying Drylok remove/relieve often existent exterior pressures like expanding-contracting SOIL or roots or concrete slabs or footings which CAUSE many g dang cracks and subsequent leaks in the first place!!!!!
The wall, cracks can get worse.....you people aren`t concerned about this chtt eh? Just sell your inside products, no need to inform the public w/all facts, nah. Just try and glorify what YOU SELL. http://www2.snapfish.com/thumbnailsh...6/t_=122238283

http://ozarksfirst.com/content/fulltext/?cid=59561
VID... most of this ladys basement looks like its finished so don`t know if there are more cracks than the one seen at 1:20 mark. She may also have some leaky rod holes behind drywall and/or some above-ground openings where water first enters and could then run down basement wall BEHIND drywall and only-be-seen/come out onto floor.

Yeah, she may also have a blockage in floor drain/under floor or between floor and street and she would ALSO need to have floor drain(s) and possibly storm trap snaked. Might have a 2-3 PART problem.

Ok so she`s gonna clean up the mess/water but she will need to correctly define/locate `n then fix ALL problem areas if she doesn`t want more water in basement in future.

And umm, ya think she should paint her walls `n crack(s) w/Drylok....huh? LOLOL!!!

Will raising the grade or extending downspouts further away repair that crack or any other cracks-rod holes? No way baby.

Will raising the grade or extending downspouts free a possible blockage under the stupid basement floor? Nope, so sorry. So QUIT recommending this chtt please or some will begin facing the consequences for their incompetent advice on so-called repairs/solutions. Some just keep telling peeps raising the grade or extending downspout-extensions or PAINTING the dumb azz walls SOLVES 80% of all leaky basements.....BLCCHTTT man, total nonsense. This goes for some REALTORS too.

Misrepresenting the condition of a house, of a basement wall, of a leaky basement, and the actual SOLUTION could be costly

And per misc discussion/S Palin threads...are you kidding? Doesn`t matter which/whom gets elected LOL. Same old SHTT, it`ll be GARBAGE in, GARBAGE out(G DUB).

HahAAAAA! TIC TAC SIR!!!

Pic`s.... house over 100 years old, block walls, Mt Clemens
http://www2.snapfish.com/thumbnailsh...6/t_=122238283

Waterproofed 2 walls, 79'....2 days.
Pic 3... HO is getting new driveway, hired contractor to pour drive but nothing was discussed about those roots....ummm, may wanna talk about that.

4-11 underground roots, sometimes they will grow right against a basement wall and sometimes will cause damage to wall, can cause wall to bow in,cracks, subsequent leaks.

12,13,14 the exterior drain tiles....more than 100 years old....nuttin wrong with them,nada,zip.

15-18 cracks in parging, open joints etc. These along with openings around the basement windows is why-where water FIRST enters, these are the problems. It`s snot the grade, snot the downspouts and its snot any blcchhht many Inside owners/salespeople will try and tell ya, like some goofball hydrostatic pressure problem under the stupid basement floor, nope, so sorry. Notice- this side wall was parged.

21,22 backfilling w/peastone

Other side wall http://www2.snapfish.com/thumbnailsh...6/t_=122238283

Pic`s 2,3 railroad ties, nice lil snack fer termites

5-8 more roots

9 basement windows are 'part' of the problem

11,12 backfilled in 3 different areas underground, quite a few bricks and other chtt.

13 Notice- this wall was not parged......got milk?

14-17 just a few shots of crack and open mortar joints

18-19 exterior drain tiles...yet again nothing wrong with em.

20 done....any damage to landscaping? No siree!

May we ask the brightest stars out there, how will any INSIDE SYSTEM stop water from entering through exterior cracks, loose-cracked parging, open joints etc? Huh?

And umm, how will ANY Inside System remove/lessen exterior soil pressure/weight and any roots that may be growing against the wall or smaller roots growing in/through cracks and joints which can cause cracks to widen and/or weaken-deteriorate the joints between the blocks?

And what about termites, centipedes, ants etc entering through these same openings? Not at all concerned about this either?

-HO in Rochester Hills has had est`s on leaky basement. He has tiled floor, block walls built in 60`s. Gets water in ONE area, from wall-floor joint and it puddles several feet away from wall. INSIDE gang went over and told him he has hydrostatic pressure problem under the floor, gave him est`s between $10,000 and $15,000. The incompetent-fraudulent dkkheads! His problems are.....3 basement windows allow water to enter on wind-blown heavy rains and he has a corner crack on outside of hollow block wall. Ran a hose/water test and clearly showed him why-where water first enters and then winds up on his floor. Replace the windows and $975 to waterproof corner crack.

This is better than reading garbage like...'raising and sloping the grade will solve 80%+ of leaky basements'. http://www.chicagotribune.com/busine...,6134261.story

-Waterproofing
'.......be prepared to weed through an array of proposals from waterproofing contractors--a lot of them BOGUS. (yes!)
Done right, basement waterproofing is an exterior operation.......SUPPOSED solutions like pumping "special" compounds (shtt)
along the exterior wall aren`t likely to work. There are also INTERIOR systems. But they`re based on the SHAKY premise of letting the foundation leak and then trying to drain the water.'

Same SHTT different day http://www2.snapfish.com/thumbnailsh...6/t_=122238283

Block wall, homeowner has already tried raising `n sloping the dumb GRADE, if that SOLVED their leak then why the fc did they hire our az?

They were also told by a landscaping co that all they needed to do was get longer downspout extensions and that would SOLVE their leaky basement Duhhhhhh, none of this crap determined/diagnosed why-where the water was FIRST-entering. Just because someone sees water inside basement at-along cold joint,cove....does NOT mean they have diagnosed the fc`g REAL problem. All they`ve SEEN on the INSIDE of basement is, water at-along wall-floor joint, doesn`t mean SQUAT! Only means this is where its visible on inside! WHY can`t some get this!

2-3 just a few blocks Mr builder/equipment operator didn`t wanna haul away or at least break em up and backfill em on the BANK-side, not against the stupid wall, not against walls that aren`t waterproofed when built and most often backfilled w/same soil that was excavated on site.

4,5,6 EXTERIOR drain tiles....yet again, nuttin wrong with any of them. This is just another INCOMPETENT myth/lie, yep. Those who say crap like, yer basement prolly leaks because the exterior tiles are clogged/broken ain`t got a clue.

8-11 vertical crack and horizontal crack in parging,THIS is WHY-where WATER.....FIRST ENTERS into the HOLLOW blocks and then, most often comes out inside the basement at-along wall-floor joint.

16,17 poured porch-footing atop 2 hollow blocks

And if ya don`t like my chtt, fine! Read what J McEwen TRYS to tell ya http://www.e-o-f.com/foundation.html#SCAMS

...frauds
-water control is NOT waterproofing
-a sub drain system is NOT waterproofing
-bentonite injection is NOT waterproofing
-a pressure relief system is NOT waterproofing

Nope, would NOT listen to Mr James or Morris when they make statements as in #8....and umm, how many basements have these 2 waterproofed and guaranteed over a long period of time? Whats that? 1....2.....none? http://www.wsbt.com/news/consumer/29890978.html

They don`t say squat about determining where/why water is first entering....nope. Instead they simply say/think, 'Any water that does get into the basement should be collected by a Sump SYSTEM and pumped safely to exterior.....'

Hmmm, hey guys......ever think that the water in the basement may be,can be due to water first-entering through/around a basement window or open mortar joints above grade? So umm, WHY say....any water that gets into basement should be collected by sump-system? And other times, a HO can have water in basement due to back up and may only need plumber to snake storm trap cleanout.... why say quickly/automatically need a sump-system? And what about exterior cracks,as posted? You 2 aren`t worried about water entering through the wall, through joints? Not worried about mold, insects entering?

So gents, homeowners who hired us should have listened to you and hired someone to install a sump-system when they saw water on floor? Really? Hey James/Morris, how much money ya think homeowners are gonna pay for this sump system? Chtt man, many do NOT need any dumb azz sump-system and certainly it should not be recommended by non-experts who haven`t determined/diagnosed the fc`g actual problem(s)! G DAMIIIT!
Are you 2 getting paid, rubbing elbows with some Inside Co(s)....huh?

Default Re: something else to chew on

Have to disagree with some statements in such articles.....for instance, when some state/think/assume...'Typical CAUSES of basement moisture problems/inadequate GRADING....' http://www.extension.umn.edu/distrib...s/7051-03.html

To raise and slope the GRADE is fine/ducky BUT, is not why water enters the basement and is not a SOLUTION nor should it be recommended as a solution. Raising `n sloping the grade can/could/might DIVERT some surface water several feet away,fine-wonderful. But to recommend this as a solution is nonsense. This kind of crap has NOT correctly diagnosed-determined WHY-WHERE the water was actually entering.

Other than an interior moisture problem such as a leaky plumbing fixture or something like condensation that could CAUSE some water on basement floor, water enters basements 3 ways. THROUGH cracks,loose-cracked parging, rod holes.....shtt like that in basement walls. It can also first enter THROUGH openings above-grade such as open mortar joints, openings in and around basements windows etc. Lastly, water can get on floor due to a basement back-up, these pretty much only occur upon flooding/heavy-long rains. And so RAISING and SLOPING the GRADE and/or LONGER Downspout Extensions has NOT,does NOT truely determine why-where water got in the basement, it is NOT the CAUSE-REASON why water wound up in basement.

How can ya recommend raising/sloping the grade or longer downspout extensions when ya have NOT determined what the actual PROBLEM(s) is,huh?

When the actual problem is a basement back-up then the HO will possibly need to snake storm trap cleanout or, check their sump pump(if they have one) or it may be the citys problem.....POINT IS....raising da GRADE or longer downspouts is NOT going to do SQUAT, it is NOT the SOLUTION, nor should it be recommended as one.

When the actual problem why water is entering is due to a crack,loose-cracked parging etc then the same shtt apllies! FIX/waterproof the crack. Raising the grade etc cannot, does not fix the crack/rod hole etc....it is NOT the SOLUTION.

When the actual problem,CAUSE for water entering is due to open mortar joints or openings in-around basement windows/sills then....tuckpointing or replacing the bsmt window is the SOLUTION! Raising the GRADE or longer downspout extensions will NOT fix/repair the open joints or openings around window! Hello? Anybody home?

Say again, dammmmitttt ........when someone recommends to homeowner to raise the STUPID grade or have longer downspout extensions put on, they have NOT DETERMINED-DIAGNOSED the homeowners real problem and it will not SOLVE the problem.

Same shtt w/window wells. Some will say the HO needs a drain and/or gravel in well, shtt like that. BUT thats not WHY water entered, it enters most often because there are openings around the window itself or in-around the sill,or may be a crack on exterior of hollow block wall, stuff like that. FIND the opening(s) and fix em will ya please.

And you INSIDE water-diverting companies, how is it you call yourselves 'waterproofers' when you do not stop the penetration of water through the bsmt wall and/or, through openings above ground.INTERIOR basement DEWATERING should NEVER be confused with WATERPROOFING nor should those who install these interior systems be called waterproofing companies, this is BLCCHTTT.

And when the HO simply had a basement back up, why don`t you misfits FIRST recommend to them to try snaking the storm trap cleanout and/or,checking the sump pump or sometimes, all they need is to drill holes in the SIDE sump pit wall right under the thickness of bsmt-floor. Most of you nimrods never bother to take the time to determine-diagnose the HO`s actual problem! Blcchtt, NO YOU DO NOT. You twinkle-toes don`t even wanna inspect/look at the stupid basement wall when there is drywall/paneling agst the wall. All ya do is, try sell the HO the ONLY thing ya do, install an inside system. Some will say they do 'exterior waterproofing, exterior work'....lolol, blccchtt.

What they might do-include with their inside system is, go outside and dig down 1-2' and install some plastic perf, cheap azz drain tile, big g dang deal. This does NOT fix/repair/waterproof the entire vertcial/horizontal crack or an opening/gap around a service line.

Many of the same Inside self proclaimed gurus will also LIE to homeowners about several things, one is they`ll incompetently or fraudulently tell HO the exterior waterproofing that was applied when the house was built won`t last,or has deteriorated etc. Fact is, MOST homes when built were NOT Waterproofed, and also were not backfilled w/most-all gravel. So to state the exterior walls were waterproofed is BLCCHTT. To say it has deteriorated is also blchhttt. IF anything deteriorated since it was built, it is the PARGING that was applied to exterior of block walls. Parging is NOT...Waterproofing! Don`t LIE about the facts for....SELF GAIN! http://www2.snapfish.com/thumbnailsh...6/t_=122238283

This lady in St Clair Shores was almost blchhht`d into an inside system, had 2 est`s $10,000 and $15,000. BOTH inside nitwits incompetently/fraudulently said the reason water got on her bsmt floor was because of some-supposed hydrostatic pressure problem under her floor,WRONG! Hey,If if if if there was a possible basement back-up which can/could cause water to accumulate and then rise up through floor cracks or up through any opening in floor then, why didn`t EITHER of these misfits FIRST recommend to her to, check the storm trap cleanout? Nah, that would be the J Krsit thing to do and, they certainly aren`t J Krsit!

She ONLY had water at-along wall-floor joint/cove in ONE CORNER, thats it! HELLO???
They never brought up doing a 'water-test' on the outside to show her,to see if water was entering through an exterior crack and if so, the water will then get into the hollow blocks/cores and then fall-drop through the lower courses where it eventually winds up in the last/lowest course and then......comes out onto bsmt floor at-along the wall-floor joint.

Look at stupid PIC`s, water was first entering through corner cracks on exterior of hollow block wall, cracks that do NOT APPEAR on inside wall! Some water was also entering through a GAP just underneath the driveway. The CAUSE of her problem was the CRACK and GAP, NOT any problem under the floor,NOT because the GRADE or PITCH of the drive slabs,NOT because of the overused MYTH which claims the exterior drain tiles are clogged/broke, NOT because the downspout extension isn`t long enough lol. Shtt, how much LONGER do some want her extension to be for KRSIT sake. Cost, if i remmber correctly, was $975.

$975 versus $10,000-$15,000 which, would NOT have STOPPED water from continuing to enter. And some wonder why a few of us get pizz`d, why i`m a lil psycho???

Q) problem w/basement flooding, a waterproofing company charged me $14,219 to correct (umm, water-diverting co). Two of the firms inspectors INSISTED underground water was being forced up into cellar....VIA HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE and ONLY "French" drain would correct it....

A) Unfortunately, it sounds like you have been taken by a COMMON SCAM perpetrated by SO-called waterproofing experts. These snake-oil salesmen use high pressure tactics and scary words....to pressure consumers into hiring them for EXPENSIVE and almost-always UNNECESSARY repairs......advice is to SUE the contractor for not correcting the problem and for FRAUD.....Only through ACTIONS like these mostly disreputable THEIVES cease stop taking advantage of the COUNTLESS victims like yourself

water getting in basement from openings above the basement wall and where service line enters wall.

http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...er&vt=lf&hl=en

IF.......there was drywall/paneling against basement walls then many,if not all of these inside misfits would try and BLCCHTT you into an inside system w/a sump pump....you`d only see water at wall-floor joint and they`d prolly tell ya you had some moronic-hydrostatic pressure problem under the floor.

raising and sloping anything is not going to solve dogshtt. it doesn`t determine where water is entering nor does it repair/waterproof etc whatever the fcing problem is.

Temporary state sales license,lapsed/inactive etc. They are/were hired to sell you a blchtttt inside system which MOST HO`s do NOT need!

Everdry? Again, click VIEW EMPLOYEE LIST. https://www2.dleg.state.mi.us/colaLi...ilType=Company

Insta Dry? Salespeoples licenses listed for these companies have all lapsed So, who is running the estimates.....huh? Those who aren`t even a state licensed salesperson? https://www2.dleg.state.mi.us/colaLi...ype=Individual

And at least 2 radio home improvement show hosts, Haege and Schmidt did/still do recommend this inside company. They tell their listeners they`ve done complete background checks etc on em,how they`ve never had any problems, how wonderful they are etc. https://www2.dleg.state.mi.us/colaLi...ype=Individual

fines imposed, probation. Yeah.....wonderful shtt Mr Guru home imp hosts.

Everdry SE MI, hey....have 2 who apparently are lic`d builder-'salespersons'! Many came and....went. They weren`t 'licensed maintenance/alteration contractors' which is what ya really need to be, BIG diff https://www2.dleg.state.mi.us/colaLi...ilType=Company

Everdry Monroe MI https://www2.dleg.state.mi.us/colaLi...ilType=Company

Hey umm, is the ATL nachi chapter still only recommending INSIDE sytem co`s?

In case a few haven`t figured out a bit of the last post, can you see how many 'temporary-SALESPEOPLE' have been going to folks homes when called for estimates and giving those HO`s a BLLLCHTT story? Most often, misrepresentations, false claims of WHY they get water in basement.

They couldn`t POSSIBLY have a grasp on this subject YET, go over to MANY homes and tell Ho`s all kinds of blcchtt/misrepresentations/false claims. Exactly what the Co.owner told them to do...duh.

Anyone HERE trying to tell my azz that these 'temporary salespeople' have as much or more knowledge/experience on leaky basements?
Its fkg blcchtt man! Sue sue sue em.

Underpaid, undervalued and maybe, just maybe, TOO g dang honest and good......and we`re fcg tired of it!

Yet another homeowner who was told a bunch of SHTT/lies/false claims BUT have common sense and hired someone to fix/waterproof the only and real problems they had....duh. http://www2.snapfish.com/thumbnailsh...6/t_=122238283

Grosse freakin Pointe MI.....right off Lake Shore Dr, right off the dumb azz LAKE! Some think, incorrectly assume that just because a house is near/right on a stupid lake/river/whatever that automatically, if they get water in basement its due to a this blllchtt about hydrostatic pressure problem under the bsmt floor, wrong! Have done MANY that were built right on/next to Lake St Clair that leaked due to the SAME shtt, cracks etc. NOT because of some dumb azz hydrostatic pressure problem under the dumb azz floor....NO! YOU INSIDE CO`s who keep PUSHING this SHTT/lies/false claims outta be SUED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! damn skippy baby

Pics 2,3,4 well, unfortunately most prolly can`t see the crack that does show on inside wall. Even if it didn`t, it does NOT-at-all mean there isn`t an EXTERIOR crack/loose-cracked parging etc on the outside of block wall......got that? Its THROUGH....THESE cracks/openings where WATER....FIRST....ENTERS into the dumb azz HOLLOW blocks and then, most-often, comes out INSIDE the basement at/near/along the wall-floor joint. Often CAUSES paint peeling,mold-mildew on wall, efflorescence

Pic 4...homeowner put some hydraulic cement along cove/cold joint in hopes it would stop water from entering lolol. NO, sorry, doesn`t work that way but keep trying.

Pic 6.....the OUTSIDE window well, the outside of where dumb crack is

Pics 7-11 UNSUITABLE BACKILL baby! Trash, garbage! WHY,why???
Incompetent/negligent blchhht. Bricks and blocks ALL-the-way DOWN, 7' deep. What a genius mfr.

12,13 this is right behind that dumb azz BUSH.....just to the left of window well. LOLOL WHY can`t some NIMRODS do their JOB right!
Insects going in and out of these HOLES...but that seems to be A-fkg-K to these INSIDE owners/salesepeople/companies...thats right! They often state, its not necessary to seal/waterproof/excavate anything on the exterior......fkg F R A U D S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone....and i mean anyone who recommends these kinds of loser/misfit/fraudulent companies needs to get THEIR AZZ SUED, no chht.
Don`t cry to my azz, been warning ya`s about these wimps for YEARS!

But ya know what....bring it anyways, i`m fcg waiting....dumb azz.

Pics 14-17 Part 1 of WHY/WHERE water FIRST enters INTO hollow block wall...cracks in parging/wall. Pic 15-16....somebody been down here BEFORE! They ONLY applied a lil tar over....'some' of the exterior crack! LOLOL DUH! Prolly charged the previous homeowner MORE 25 ago years than we just did, mfrs! NO hydraulic cement in/over crack,no tar over ALL of crack-parging,no visqueen and NO freaking gravel/peastone....IDIOTS. This HO said they been getting water in basement since around the time they bought house. Wonder WHY?

18-20 Part deuce. Openings around/in basement window.

21,22,23 the dumb azz EXTERIOR DRAIN TILES......which some think is WHY many basement leak.......WRONG!

House built in early 1950`s. So for about 55 years or so, these exterior clay tiles have withstood the WEIGHT, underground roots and other underground factors. Often hear this DUMB AZZ shtt/lies that the exterior tiles is whats wrong or, the exterior tiles aren`t as good as pvc or black plastic perf tiles.........WRONG again!

Pic 22.... i broke one tile on PURPOSE to try and show the inside of tiles abut to broken tile....NUTTIN wrong.....55 or so years...gimmie a break on this nonsense will ya please, g dang man. I was a dumb azz myself for TAKING THE TIME in a DEEP trench to show this BLLCHTTT/myth.

Exterior tiles have nothing to do with why water enters through cracks/loose-cracked parging and other openings on the outside.Cost of this NIGHTMARE DIG? $1,025....that means my DUMB azz made $315. Yeah right, super expensive my ballz. Shttt man, NOT knocking you HI`s but....come on!!!! You make $300-400 or so for your well done job, but this is BLCCHTT baby. Was on this job for 6 hours.....$315? LOLOL And structural engs? What they get....$500-1,000? For? SHTT.....ask 10 S.E to come over and give their opinion on foundation/basement problem and i bet, most of time around 1/2 will at least, in part disagree w/each other.

And umm, Northcoast Systems, yer secretary said you woukd return MY fkg phone call right away to confirm yer supposed MICH state license. And about 1/2 the waterproofing Co`s the BBB lists in MI have NO way to CONFIRM they are state licensed. DLEG shows nada/zero...no company exists, no St license. This is even more bllchtt as its very easy to verify that SOME of us are St licensed...paid for the dumb chtt.

False claims, incompetence and/or fraud...thats right.PROVE me wrong....Sealing outside of bsmt walls/outside excavation
http://www.basementtechnologies.com/...238.html#faq15

http://www.basementtechnologies.com/...238.html#faq14

FRAUD.... deceit, trickery, sharp practice or breach of confidence perpetrated for PROFIT or to gain some unfair or dishonest advantage.
Well umm, duh..... LYING, misrepresenting, obscurring actual facts to homeowners about how/where water is actually entering to GAIN an unfair advantage for PROFITS is fraud!

Hmmm, guess they didn`t call the Crack Team or others who do inside systems for estimates.

The mighty NAWSRC.... Q) Should the outside of our basement walls be re-sealed? A) Generally speaking, No. This work should have been done when your house was originally built......etc/more misinformation.
http://www.nawsrc.org/tipsFAQ.php#re-sealed

Many others who install inside systems say same shtt....will sealing the outside of basement walls work? Duh!
http://www.basementtechnologies.com/...238.html#faq15

Yeah right-o fools, re-sealing/waterproofing the exterior wall(s) won`t work, generally speaking shouldn`t be done......should have been done when house was built etc etc trash.
Sure the fc appears to some of us that sealing the outside of wall works, ya might wanna take a good long look and open yer pea brain. And umm, see this wall? J Krist, wasn`t even parged WHEN BUILT.
