Inside system BS installed, see the GRATE--crrrrrrrap
See newer concrete in floor near basement wall, pfttttttttttt
http://photos.nj.com/hunterdon-photo...swebzip_1.html

They patched some of the blocks on INSIDE, bWaBBBwaaahahaa!!!
http://photos.nj.com/hunterdon-photo...swebzip_3.html

You'll never get rid of,stop/prevent FURTHER efflorescence, mold etc by installing a moronic interior shtball system when the problem(s) are cracks, cracked parging etc etc on the exterior.

Blockage in STORM was most of this womans problem, Depew NY
http://www.wgrz.com/news/article/152...Flooding-Issue
1:15 mark...blockage
No inside system and sump solves any of these ACTUAL problems either but quite a few homeowners who have same problem get BS'd and told they have (pfffttttt!) a 'hydrostatic pressure problem under DUH floor' and need a dumb az inside system.

Imo this woman STILL needs to find-identify 1 or more exterior openings where ya see water coming in at :32 mark, damn skippy.

Some say tree roots don't CAUSE problems, leaks etc eh, pfffttt
Tree roots can CAUSE problems just like ya see in this video.....
http://www.lex18.com/news/coming-up-...n-woman-s-home
Tree in NEIGHBORING YARD baby! Does not have to be a friggin tree 5-10' away from yer stooooooopid house

And tree ROOTS can CAUSE exterior crack(s) in block, brick etc basement walls which THEN leads-to a freakin leaky basement.
http://picasaweb.google.com/10104903...aterproofing09#
If you had an INSIDE system installed by an incompetent-fraudulent company when your problems-causes were anything like this then you got poked in duh rear.
NO inside system-method,sump etc REMOVES the CAUSE of duh exterior cracks in duh basement wall and does NOT...STOP FURTHER water from entering, does not stop further deterioration of duhhhh WALL!!!! g damn the truth hurts sometimes
http://picasaweb.google.com/10104903...65133328086770
Some want to tell my stinky-butt exterior waterproofing is 'supposedly' too COSTLY and INSTEAD its fine n g dman dandy to install inside systems when the CAUSES are outside, when the blocks etc WILL DEEEETERIORATE! lolol ok punchie, whateva YOU think

Just another incompetent suk az inside water-DIVERTING company.
This basement, like MANY was NOT 'waterproofed'.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CxL1ffTxdQA
..they saw lots of mold at bottom huh. M O R O N S.
And yeah sure, put that stupid dimpled crrrrrap against basement wall too so that nobody will see water, mold etc in duhhhhh future.

Just another incompetent shthead interior water-diverting company, g damn right. In last 3 yrs they only have (pffttt!) 21 complaints.
http://www.bbb.org/akron/business-re...a-oh-183540589

Transferable LIFETIME Warranty huh? Pretty lookin red,gold....sheesh looks real impressive eh.
http://www.ohiobasementsolutions.com...rproofing.html
Hmmm,Lifetime Warranty versus quite a few complaints just in 3 g damn years! What r ya, sttttoooopid err something!!
Momma said stooopid is as stooopid does, well NO SHTTTT!

See what these incompetent TURDS write/claim here
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PM6v4aHiAFo
As usual, dorks installing another interior system, drilling STOOOOOPID holes in blocks.
They like to try n bullllllllshttt homeowners, and unfortunately are quite successfull at doing so with the way they word shttt and what they don't tell people, don't explain. And that is either due to their incompetence OR they do know but leave certain facts OUT because.......
they ONLY INSTALL these twatly interior systems!!!!!!!!

Caption under you-tube video....
"Water trapped in concrete blocks is extracted by creating a new weeping system. This system will serve to prevent water from building up in the block causing seepage, mold, mildew and deterioration of the foundation"

That's a pile of all american, red, white and blue...bullllllshtt! Some americans like their bullshttt right up front where they can get a good WHIFF of it.

Ohio snotheads-solutions doesn't know or doesn't explain-show HOW-WHERE the stooooopid water is FIRST getting INTO the fc me blocks such as something like THIS on the Exxxxxxxterior mfr!
http://picasaweb.google.com/10104903...83549247619234

http://picasaweb.google.com/10104903...83496301296754

Water will CONTINUE to ENTER the blocks, fcg period.
Water will continue to pass through the blocks, the mortar joints and leaving anything like this/ROOT against the wall and allowing the water to continually enter the blocks, joints can-will DETERIORATE the stooooopid wall, blocks az ho's!!!!!!!!!!
http://picasaweb.google.com/10104903...83457360199010
The fcg root CAUSED the cracks which THEN allowed water to enter twatheads!
Don't bs us and say stooooopid incompetent bulllsht like "we have many solutions for your leaky basement' etc etc,NON-----friggin-sense!
There is ONE, 1 ONE 1 LONE g damn solution for the actual problems as to WHY the stooopid basement leaked, cracked etc and its outside shtthead!

And water that is continually allowed to enter the block wall can most certainly BUILD UP in some blocks. Just because BOZO's Big TOP 'THINKS' drilling some ho's in bottom blocks allows all water out doesn't mean that what fcg happens.

Say again g dammmitttt, these but-snifffffers have NOT correctly, competently and honestly IDENTIFIED the actual problems on MOST g damn basements and duhhhh of course have NOT fixed-repaired those problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And MONEY, are some out here kidding my stinky az?
Some say exterior waterproofing is soooooo much more COSTLY, are YOU sure about that?????

Let's see........
Some INSPECTORS actually claim exterior waterproofing is waay more costly than interior systems.
Interior system was installed.....somewhere between $15,000--17,000 Harper Woods MI
http://picasaweb.google.com/10104903...aterproofing41
If someone was ORIGINALLY on duh ball and honest they could have waterproofed the basement CORRECTLY,all 4 g damn walls outside for
$8,800-10,500, depends who ya hired around here eh.

LOOK at the stooooooooopid photos IF ya give a stinky shttt.
Inside system installed,
--basement STILL LEAKS
--mold,efflorescence getting worse
--some cracks widening

The basement was NEVER 'waterproofed'!

So, some inspectors, city etc, realtors etc would RATHER have an INTERIOR system installed even though it has NOT fixed-repaired the actual problems, has NOT stopped the water from entering, has NOT relieved, reduced ANY lateral soil pressure against the walls???

You'd rather recommend THIS huh? looolllllll!!!! Well then YOU will be partly ON duh HOOK.
Yeah, some will say 'Oh,i was just trying to help' or,'Oh thats the homeowners fault' etc etc. NO, its at least part YOUR fault if you opened yer TRAP and Shtttttttttt came out!! Got that? Got milk?

Maintain eye contact= Mission Impossible!!!!!!!!!!!! R u kidding me? No way,not Bubba.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ri0N_...eature=related
If i live 2 be 80-90 Bubba will be STARING at em, g damn right. Drooling 2.
Pig? G damn right! Got milk?

All due respect here Mr Charlotte home inspector but your leaky basement, crawl recommendation and diagnosis is wrong.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jz3qblw1VpQ

Problem/where/whyyyy duh water is actually first entering is NOT because of the stoooopid slope of duhh DRIVEWAY!

And you recommend a crawlspace encapsualtion company?!?!

And then near end, said homeowner had some incompetent company come out a year or so ago and gave $13,000 estimate which was only to remove duh water, not fix shttt!!!!

And people recommend these FKGGGGGGGGGG crawl-inside system-encapsulation Co's????????????

Scam.....negligence......frrrrrrrraud!

And some tell homeowners to get a SUPPOSEDLY unbiased opinion on leaky basement, crawl from ANY HI etc etc first huh? Come freakin on man!

Here, homeowner was told,it was RECOMMENDED to have a NEW DRIVEWAY poured. That the Sloooooooope of duhhhhhh new driveway would SOLVE,STOP leaky basement....welll bulllllfcg shttt man.
Tell my stooooopid dumb stinky azz WHAT EXACTLY solved the leaky basement and WHERE the actual-real defects WERE!!!!!!!
And it COST ALOT LESSSSS than the stooopid new DRIVEWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mark (his real name) is the best basement waterproofing contractor in the midwest and eastern portion of the United States.

He like Google to index the posts so people "Might" realize any inside water diversion system is like washing the inside of your car, rather than the outside, it makes NO sense.

You need to stop the water intrusion from the Outside, not Inside.
