you think its easy digging ditches huh, lolol

i bet you think fixing a toaster or other appliance is a brutal job

i sure hope you learn something about foundations/waterproofing, cuz it
appears you may cough up some of that HI money with the lil bit ya have
stored upstairs right now, careful on YOUR foundation/basement assessments!

Ken, you keep this up all night I will not get any sleep. This is getting good. ha. ha.

Man, I have been waterproofing basements for a long time, part of the whole picture and building process, but this is interesting.

Take it easy on John, he does know his waterproofing and foundation remedial work. That is all he does.

Just my two cents here, but I am thrilled at the context of the debate.

Very interesting topic. ha. ha.

John, take care.

Marcel

Yes, Mark has been sharing more than you ever wanted to know about basement waterproofing for a few years now.

Take the time to read around the four letter words and there is value.

Keep rollin', Mark.

i have no doubt he is the waterproofing expert, never said he wasn't, but he does not know anything about God or Nachi. sorry but i could not let him get away with his remarks about hi's, but i will not try to tell him anything, as a matter of fact i don't think anyone could tell him much of anything at all. just don't praise him too much guys or his head will grow as big as his ego and he won't be able to get it in a ditch anymore.on the other hand maybe it will swell enough to close up the crack where his brains spilled out. o.k. tarbaby the floors yours.

Yes, he may be indelicate but he gives value and this is a home inspector technical thread not a religious thread.

By the way, "tarbaby, etc." get you an indelicate also.

He told me he was at the service in Jolo when this was recorded.

So I know he is a strong believer in god.......

Now I know he doesn't have anything against NACHI, just people who try to tell him he is wrong.

come on dale go back and read some of his comments and you will see what i mean, and the only thing i disagreed with was the reason why the crack is larger on the outside, not that the crack is larger or there. if he can't take anyone disagreeing with him then he sure came to the wrong bb. believe it or not i hope you are right. but i don't want him to stop posting, he is a wealth of information. i learned more about basement water proofing today than i ever have.
