Default Step cracks in stucco on block home
Inspected a newer Integra block home recently that had step cracks throughout the exterior. I haven't done many stuccoed block home inspections, so is this a normal crack or settling pattern? One was pretty deep, sorry no pics right now, I'm not at my computer, but will be later. I'll just say that they looked like normal cracks, but the step pattern kind of worried me. I referred to a stucco contractor on the deep one as he should have more experience on this issue.

If the cracks follow the mortar joints of the blocks, then it could be that the block has settled, or is settling.
