Default Structual basement wall crack?

Please comment on this photo..... Crack does not reach the floor. I do not see any cracks on the concrete floor.

I would not worry to much, seal and monitor

Looks like a older home they have replaced Joists. so I don't think there is much to worry about about pretty common around here.

I agree with Wayne. That foundation appears to be old and that crack does not appear to be recent. As Wayne say patch it and monitor it for future movement.
