Out of sight, out of mind.

prosperity at any cost, safety first instead of duty first,
the love of soft living, and the get-rich-quick theory of life.”

The client may have purchased the home
- with a credit for repair
- or further review and repairs made.

Defect alone does not and should not solely preclude a purchase decision.

Looks like there are plenty of other issues other than the inadequate support that has been there functioning for the past 60+ years.

Most interior foundation repairs are not that expensive........... so depending on the price of the home, it may be a good deal.
