Default Subfloor Fire

This is a result of floor joists that had zero clearance from the front of the fire box.

The marble floor kept the fire from spreading too far.

Did you find this during a normal inspection or were you inspecting the fire damage?

How's the wind in Norco? I was in Redlands yesterday. I saw three trucks on their side. . .

It has been blowing good in my area....but it was really bad in Fullerton.
