Question Tendon plug question

I have a question concerning the material used to plug the tendons.
Obviously this looks like an amateur job and not the best either, but is it OK to plug the tendon heads with caulking? Where can I find the info on the right type of material to use?

The Post Tensioning Institute Construction & Maintenance Manual requires concrete patch. See the attached snippet from their PT Installation Guide.

I'll store the whole PTI Construction & Maintenance manual on-line and post a link to it so everyone can download the whole 64 page (34 MB) document. Give me a few minutes.

Try this DivShare Link for the whole PTI Manual. Beware...it's a big file and may take few seconds to download.
