This is just a disaster waiting to happen. If they don't get some underpinning in there soon the house is going to come crashing down. This I have to save and post in my blog. I have seen stupid in the past but this??????

Trying to make headroom in the basement....
This is definitely a structural issue. I've seen this in the past but worse. Sections of one side of the foundation was actually sitting on the dirt floor. It won't take much for this foundation to fall right in. |
