Weird Moisture Concern

This is a photo of the gap between the sill plate and the foundation wall. There are moisture droplets in there. There were no moisture problems anywhere else. Anyone ever see anything like this?

I would believe that it is simply temperature change between the two products causing the condensation with high humidity

Dew Point.

That’s what I was thinking too. That’s what usually causes the droplets in the crawlspace. It was just weird that I only observed it here.

The cold from the crawl hitting the warmer outdoor air, and temp drop at night making the two materials different temps as well as the two air temps colliding in one spot. The perfect storm
