I went on an inspection where the property sits on a negative drainage slope toward the foundation. In atlanta we are in a drout.NEED RAIN,back to my point. The crawl had elevated moisture levels at 74%.The stem walls had horizontal cracks located near crawl vents that extended to the ground. The home is on septic and the waste drain leads out to the side of the home.I was wondering if the septic could possibly be sinding water under crawl. There were actually standing water under the home outside the stem walls dry.You can see 4'' of water stain along the center block.Any feed back?I'm scracthing my head no plumbing leaks at all.
