Looks like a pre-fab roof assembly.... Just raise it into place when completed

Hope you weathered it as well as we did and that this was not one of your phase jobs.

Year that was the master bath. Can you get over that, finally got some good plumbing and this happens.

I think I heard the Buyer "Dorthy" saying something about "Are we in Kansas?"

This was really caused by a sudden attack of a new breed of Bull - Dozzer Termites.

After further review of the above house it turns out the framers were shooting blanks... Always check your nail gun
