Hello to our HI brethren!

Ya know how some guys say a lil voice inside their head told them to kill somebody, so they did? C`mon, you`ve heard these bozo`s.Well, how come these lil voices inside their heads never tells them to 'go take a shtt on the salad bar at Wendy`s?' How come these voices don`t tell them to 'go pull their carrot out on the Merry-go-round?' Well, actually, some of these guys DO pull their carrot out on the Merry-go-round but usually it`s their own idea.

Let`s see, seem to have received a couple replys

Umm, one at a time, its all my pea brain can handle

Kevin, you have been a damm good guy, straight `n honest,i`d recommend you to any homeowner browsing here... Thank you.

Marcel, i do believe you actually do have a wealth of knowledge BUT, not as much as ya think on waterproofing, sorry. We`ve had our ups & downs huh, mostly downs

Larry, i don`t like you either

D Valley, YOU have been a 'total az hole from the first post', its the Truth!
If a homeowner knew what kinda but head you sure seem to be, you would NOT get any inspections imo.

Jay, another imbecile

P Burrows and D Spencer, 2 more Snots.

Big Ben, you had me at Hello

Gee, i hope i didn`t miss anyone, if so, check back tomorrow,ok?

Some of you will sooner or later get sued and DERSERVE it when ya screw up with yer know-it-all bs attitudes on Bsmt waterproofing, too bad your not here in MI, cuz when other honest contractors and myself get calls AFTER buyer moves in and see`s leaks, walls cracking-bowing, i would very much enjoy showing you what you LACK on this subject and what you need to learn, have it your way.

I will say this on Others who haven`t been mentioned yet....from what i have read and from few who`ve posted back regarding foundations `n Bsmt waterproofing, Christopher Radan, and Robert O`Connor, Robert and I don`t see eye to eye on ALL,but Robert has far more common sense than others here, and Cheremie Kratzer....and a few more, indeed possess understanding `n knowledge and I`d recommend them and handful of others to any homeowner. Yup, so fella`s , how you like me now? Hahaha

Procol Harum...."A Rums Tale"
She`s fuddled my fancy, she`s muddled me good
I`ve taken to drinkin`, and given up food
I`m buyin` an Island,somewhere in the sun
I`ll hide from the natives, live only on Rum
I`m selling my memoirs,I`m writing it down
If no one will pay me, I`ll burn down the town
I`ll rent out an aircraft & print on the sky
If God likes my story, then maybe he`ll buy
I`m buying a ticket for places unknown
It`s only a one way, I`m not coming home
She`s swallowed my secret, and taken my name
To follow my footsteps and knobble me lame

Mark, you only have one chance to make a good impression. I don`t care about what you think you know about waterproofing. Your to busy firing off shots at those of whom I`m sure know as much or more than yourself.

Mark--Suck it.

Is that clear enough? Your basement knowledge doesn't impress me, due to the presentation. Thanks for your well wishes to all insectors to get sued, you are truly an inspiration here on the board.

What goes around comes around, Mr. Basement. You never know when you will make a mistake, hopefully the person after you, will not try to sue you. LIke you wiseh upon us.

Done Todd, thanks!

Big Paulie, yer another easy read, like i`ve said, when YOU screw up after recommending to homeowners to raise the grade or longer downspout extensions and bunch of other Nonsense, instead of fixing the problem, sooner or later you`ll get what ya deserve, its that simple. How seemingly inteligent HI can get THIS subject so wrong its unreal.

If you don`t learn what is in the Best interest of your CLIENTS,shame shame shame!

Quite a few of YOU say and THINK you know all there is about foundations and Bsmt waterproofing, HOW is this possible? I`m asking?

What, because you took a few tests? lolol Hillarious!

Ever think the Wrong info-not enough, was on those Tests?

Hey, ya know how some Motels/Hotels give ya those lil sewing kits? Ya know what I do? I sew the towels together! Sew the sheets to the drapes, let them know you`ve been there!

New product idea---a YoYo that has a 2,000' string, ya use it when you visit The Grand Canyon.

Hey, Willie Nelson just released new song, yeah, another sad country tune, its called "Yer love ran down my leg and now yer gone"

Ever been to a formal party and ya see a turd in the Punch? How come nobody ever says "Lovely party Jeffrey but there`s a turd floating in the punch bowl?"

Have YOU ever been able to fart & sneeze at the same time?

Are you interested in what Other States put on their Lic Plates? 1988

Like, Florida and Georgia put the counties, in case these people forget where they live overnight.
Indiana says "Wander"....sure, just get out and get hit by a greyhound bus.
Pennsylvania thought they`d be real cute, theirs says "You`ve got a friend in Pennsylvania"...well, Most of the people who look at these things LIVE in Pennsylvania! Of course they have some friends there, maybe 1 or 2 anyways.
New Hampshire`s has to be the most dramatic, it says "Live free or DIE!!!" Well i`m certainly not going to move there, i get just a lil nervous when they mention 'Death' right on the L.Plate.
On the other hand, Idaho says "Famous Potato".....i guess these 2 are the most extreme in thought.
Somewhere between "Live free or die" and "Famous Potato"....the truth lies. Probably a lil closer to......Famous potato.
But thats just one fellow`s opinion

Thank you George Carlin

Most of it sounds like the ramblings of a very disturbed individual. When I was a disturbed individual (when?), my doctors recommended Vicodin and margaritas. Didn't help, did it?

I think it is time to collectively make application to NACHI HQ to get Mr. Anderson barred from the board. He is now attacking members and being malicious If he want's to post so be it ,I don't have a problem with it. I will not sit back and let him cut up individuals who are members of the association. Here is here as a guest and does not have the privilage to defame the membership. I used to follow his posts and learned alot of info from them but when he got nasty that was it. What say all of you.
I think I will take this to the members only area and put it to a poll.
Larry

Myself, and most HI's I know do not recommend what actions to take. If the darn basement leaks we normally recommend evaluation by someone who is an expert on the subject.

That being said, if the down spouts are not there "we" would recommend that they be installed and if the grading is less than ideal "we" would recommend making it right, but if "we" find a basement that is oozing moisture most of use would refer our clients to a specialist.

Mark:

Are you OK?

If you would just answer questions about basement problems instead of calling everyone idiots I am sure that your expertise would be more than welcomed here.

Chill out, have some ice'd tea and join us all in the learning experiance.

Peace
