1-day Illinois State approved Electrical for Inspectors course in Chicago on March 3.

There will be hands on.

A couple of big panels and the trainging panel (which includes a service equipment panel, a sub-panel and many other raceways (conduit, AC, NMC, etc) and all this is live, for testing and instruction).

Not required for the course, but an 'added attraction'.

If someone wants to compare the merits of on course over another how about a new topic. Seems certain peoples agenda to somehow try to discourage people from attending this one is inappropriate.

I would suggest that unless you took the course and found it unsatisfactory, take your efforts to campare it with others elsewhere.

I have no agenda.......I am being DRAGGED through the MUD with FAKE online Imposters and people being worried so much about what i do....that they can't worry about their OWN life.

I will do seminars...if people choose to come so be it...if they choose not to come..so be it.....my LIFE rolls on...I am quite happy with my electrical contracting career....

I wasn't talking about you. I agree with your characterization of all the flack around a simple announcement. Why someone form another state needs to choose this thread as the place to explain to people in Illinois don't need this is a bit pathetic.

Dave, I agree with you, however Mr Sparks has now left the room and if he tries to reappear under any other personality I will publicly out him. We appear to have a few too many schizophrenic personalities posters on the board whose sole purpose appears to be hounding respected members.

Call him by his name. I sent this gentleman an e-mail, and he has yet to respond. I asked him a question in a forum last week, and he failed to respond. You and I both know who he is, and what an unfortunate change of events has switched him from helper to imposter/spammer/wanna-be know-it-all

Perhaps this is the reason he has some problems. Perhaps he needs to do some soul searching and ask himself how he gets himself into hot water, and got banned from another board, completely. This would include slamming HIs every time we open a panel.

He was banished from this board a while back, and was allowed back in. He needs to think about the opportunity he had been given, and instead of stirring the pot, he should assess the entire situation and decide what he really wants to do here. If its continuing in the current manner, perhaps he should leave and not return. He can take his boy from Pa with him.

He can analyze voice tracks on Elfyourself, yet he aint swift enough to remember things like ISP info and the ability to perform traceroutes and track IP addresses...

And if that's not enough, I believe he once posted a photo of himself in a black, short, evening dress. Let's not re-live that horror.

Hi Joe,

I believe we all are aware of who we are discussing here, it should suffice to control the problem if not we are able to take further actions, maybe we are past the point where this "gentlemans" actions should be being addressed by the ESOP committee.

If the committee does not currently have a complaint covering this issue I am sure that one could be generated very quickly.

Thanks Gerry. It is always good to know that at least a few are willing to hound the hounders on occasion.

Hell since I was the BUTT of most of the attacks for NO reason and seemed to be the one the person wishes to discredit or disrespect in the eyes of the many members i try to help.....I could log the complaint...but I am sure it would fall on DEAF ears........can't turn BACK the hands.

What is the sad part that has me really bothered is how it came to this in his life, why someone up and coming could begin to threaten this persons well being enough to stoop to the level of lies and deception ....it shames the profession I love and have given 20 year of my life to and plan on continueing to give until I am able to pass on.

What also bothers me is the attempt to mend fences with one personality and then attempt to spread lies and discredit in another...this THIS what it has come to?

Alas........I will move on beyond it and continue to help my fellow brethren HI's as I have done for the past 2 years....and will continue to do so....

Yes...life is WAY too short to let people like this effect things and the work that is left to be done in helping bring Electrical education to everyone I possibly can.
