If I somehow did not save some of my certificates how might I retrieve them?

Here is how to get yours, even if you've already taken the course:

1. Go to http://education.nachi.org.
2. Choose & 'take' the course.
3. Log in with your members-only username and password
4. Click "Final Examination" on the left-hand side of the page (it's slightly larger, above "Questions/Comments")
5. If you haven't already passed the exam
   1. Take and pass the exam.
   2. Enter your exam code in the box provided on the education site.
6. Once you've passed the exam, a link to "Download your certificate" will show up on the "Final Examination" page.
7. You can download and print your certificate anytime, whenever you want.
