Gerry Beaumont is the BEST!!!!!

For those who do not know, Gerry was in Myrtle Beach, SC today and tought a class on Mobile home inspections and commercial property inspections. For those w/in a 6 hour radius of Myrtle Beach who did not attend the class...........your crazy!

Gerry is fun and informative. The class was fantastic! Better than any ITA or Kaplan offered class I've ever sat through.

If you have the chance to attend one of Gerry's classes or courses....DO IT! The man is a real work of art. Loved the class. Thanks Gerry!

Gerry, can't wait until you can come to southern Utah to teach the same classes, while you're here you could visit Zions National Park, Bryce Canyon, only a couple of hours from Vegas, nice drive north if you like the w-i-d-e o-p-e-n s-p-a-c-e.

Hi to all,

We had a great (Tiring) day in Mytle Beach yesterday, paking in a 4 hours Manufactured housing course, and a 4 hour Commercial inspection intro.

we had around a dozen members in class and even a commercial realtor showed up for the afternoon session.

I had a couple of members in class who had spent time repairing manufactured housing who said they learned new things, and we also had a gentleman up from Charleston who reconned he learned more about selling commercial inspections in one afternoon that he had with spending several thousand on a Carson Dunlap course a few years ago.

We also had a member drive own from North Carolina (4 1/2 hours away) just to do the commercial course.

A great event guys and thank you Shane for making it happen.

I'll be doing the following events in the comming months:

• Oct 21 st Chicago Chapter Manufactured housing
• Nov 10th-11th Altanta 2 days Manufactured, Electrical, and Commercial. (sponsored by Porter Valley software, Inspectvue Commercial)
• Nov 18th Southern Illinois Manufactured housing

I can still do 1 or 2 sessions before the year is out if any Chapter can get members to attend between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
