3. No playing of such be made without my PRIOR WRITTEN consent
4. If any such media is deemed to exist, I further request that the NACHI Ethics Committee begin a FULL investigation as to the intent of use recording.
5. Further, as stated by Joe Farseta previously and publicaly, Mr Farsetta has full knowledge of the existance media and further has first party knowledge of the person who recorded any meeting and or meetings. As such I futher demand that he be ordered by the NACHI Ethics Committee to FULLY DISCLOSE any and all information he may have regarding this incident.
