I recommend tying each to a local NACHI Chapter and have your course be that month’s chapter meeting. We have strong chapters in all 3 of the cities you mention. ITA graciously allows us use of their facilities in Dallas each month and maybe you can hold the Dallas one at the ITA campus there.
