Merrell, Ph.D. All Approvals have been issued by the New York State, Department of State, Division of Licensing Services for HOME INSPECTION LICENSING. The Programs below will include a Home Inspection Program for Residential Transactions. A Turn Key Operation for our students ! This Saves thousands as compared to some of our competitors. Now that Thanksgiving is over and the Winter Holidays are upon us, I just want to wish everyone a safe, healthy a happy winter season. Hoping that 2007 far exceeds your expectations and that 2006 was a success!

Don't forget about the Educational Conference this March 2007, pending NY State CE Approval. We believe that hundreds of dedicated Home Inspectors throughout New York State will benefit from this program, which multiple vendors will participate in to subsidize the event for the benefit of NACHI members.
