Thanks to New Yorkers and InterNACHI members, we are offering a new 100 hour Home Inspection Program to meet the Module 1, 2, 3 and 4 requirements.

Our 100 Hour Program is $ 1200.00 and is the Least expensive 100 hour program in NYS, including all books, manuals, and Real Software for Home Inspectors (not free software-we buy the software for our students!)

Special thanks to Marcia Spada, Author, NYS Approved Home Inspection Textbook and Manual used by many schools in the area. I have been mentioned in the book and her kind words were very much appreciated. She has done a great deal for the New York State Hoem Inspection Industry in a positive way, and helped NYS get their State Test created. I am proud to be her friend for years. Unlike other Long Island Schools, we have a specific Module 5 program available as well, over a 5 day period, completed over 3 weekends to benefit our students. Len Ungar, LI NACHI/InterNACHI Chapter President oversees this 40 hour program to benefit our students. Grads learn the right way to inspect a home from a very qualified, experienced, licensed inspector.

Students must submit a completed home inspection (we review for each and every inspection) How else will a person learn if they are doing a complete, or incomplete job??!! Their report is compared with the inspection completed by Len Ungar, Licensed NYS Home Inspector, and reviewed for the benefit of each student. Students find this 40 hours field experience portion puts into practice what was learned in class.
