NYS Approved Home Inspector Continuing Education is mandatory for each Home Inspector, Licensed in New York State, before he/she renews their license. NYS issues an approval code to verify that the course is approved for Home Inspection CEU Credit. The courses will start with the Letter “L”. All licensees must complete 24 hours of continuing education BEFORE YOU RENEW WITH NYS! NO EXCEPTIONS !

  • NYS 3 hour class concentrating on electrical wiring for homes, from newer homes to older homes that have not be upgraded. We even show a 15 amp

  • fuse panel from the early 1900’s. Homes come in all shapes and sizes and all types of electrical wiring.

  • NYS Approved for 8 Hours. Residential Framing will discuss types of common and not so common framing of a home, and how a Home Inspector inspects

  • same for wear, tear and obsolescence. Detailed discussion for Home Inspectors in NYS for visual inspections

  • NYS 2 hour course, in which we discuss the components of a home and how they work together. This is why we refer this to The Better Mouse Trap. How
