They need to make a correction on their website.....
Pennsylvania Home inspectors are self governed in Pennsylvania. Requirements to be an inspector in Pennsylvania are easy to meet as long as you are a member of one of these three "National Home Inspectors Associations" (AII, ASHI, or NAHI). There are no pre-licensing or continuing education requirements in Pennsylvania. Use i-Course home inspection classes for your professional memberships. http://phic.info/index.htm Joseph P. They just goofed big time. I'm deleting every reference to their site from all over the internet (we control most inspection related info online). Wow... goof of the century.
