Nick is correct, a new Home Inspector and Building Trades NYS approved continuing education school has open with classes in Rheinbeck and Malta, New York to better serve the Mid Hudson, NY Capital District and Adirondack regions based in part on InterNACHI inspection textbooks.

Founded by David Andrick, I have been the instructor for "A-I Continuing Education Services" (ACES), with over 40 years experience as a veteran home inspector, building tradesman, licensed master electrican, electrical inspector, NYS Code Officer, and an NYS apprenticeship training instructor.
