There's a certain give and take there, though. I think all of us, even you, know that.

If I had a choice of someone with 30 years of experience who had absolutely no idea how to talk with me, how to make me feel comfortable about him cutting open my head, versus someone with 10 years of experience who knew how to talk to me and how to make me feel comfortable about him cutting open my head, I'm choosing the latter. It is a personal choice I can live with (or die with, as the case may be ).
