NYS is mandating Licensing for Home Inspectors which consists of 100 Hour of classroom education, followed by 40 hours of field inspections. First to be approved on LI, we are proud to have a very high success rate of grads who have become NYS Licensed Home Inspectors. "90% attendance mandatory per module 1, 2, 3, and 4"
EVENINGS ARE 6PM-10:30PM & Saturday is 8AM-2PM TO MEET 25 HOURS PER MODULE (1 Final Per Module 1,2,3,4)
