online inspector exam

Is there a certificate that you get after you pass the free online inspectors exam? If so how do I get it.

No. There are only certificates for taking training: http://www.nachi.org/certificatesofcompletion.htm

Completing exams alone (not associated with completing a course) don't count for CE either.
