Oregon education requirements for licensing

So I havn't been able to figure this out without a doubt, Does oregon allow for homebased study programs to count towards you points needed for licensing? or does it need to be hands on training course work? I may just need to make a phone call, but being that it is the weekend I thought I would ask here first.
