Question about insurance

Hello, I am new to InterNACHI, and I hope I am posting this in the correct forum. I figured that since I needed to be educated, I'd try here first!

I was wondering if someone with experience could clarify for me the difference between personal liability insurance and Errors and Omissions Insurance (if there is one). Do I need both? Should I have both? Or is it state specific? I'm in Pennsylvania.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
