Dark green mold was found in the corner of an extra room in a rental house. This mold was the result of excess moisture deriving from an AC window unit leaking. The leaking was stopped. The area cleaned and decontaminated and no further incidence has been reported through direct observation. A quick and easy fix when heading off the problem early.
