Mine is structure
I am still trying to figure out if chimneys need a spark arrester , as I see different answers. Guess that is chimney.

I could use more help on marketing and time management.
If you are out inspecting all the time, when do you find time to market? My slow time in the winter is mainly spent on education. I am at the stage where I will need to add another inspector but I do not have enough work of just home inspecting to keep him busy. Only 53% of my business is home inspection.

For time management, there's a great little 100-page book that is the best I've ever found. Quite often it is available for a penny at amazon.com. It's called "How To Use Your Time Wisely." I usually keep about 20 copies here and give them to friends as graduation gifts, wedding presents, etc.
