Hi Brian,

yes normal service will be resumed shortly

However, this is a big area for home inspectors and one that is not well understood especially as over the last decade 20% of all housing starts have been manufactured homes.

BTW did you know that sales of manufactured home in Arizona are the 3rd highest in the country (behind FL and TX)
