I just don't know Jay, I thought is was a pretty tough question

Maybe Joe ferry might even get it right (sorry Joe)

I like the idea of a manufactured homes section, but the board is getting real cluttered as it is, what does anyone else think?

I think it would be a good idea as well. As time goes on we might even think about dedicated areas for other items.
