Well, gee. All the buildings I see have the grading come right up to the foundation!!

Ok fella.......what IRC are you viewing....323.1 in the 2003 IRC does not say anything about that...lol...I have always stuck with 6".....dang it.....I am gonna stick with Electrical...lol
