water closet

1. an enclosed room or compartment containing a toilet bowl fitted with a mechanism for flushing.
2. (Older Use) a privy or bathroom.
3. A room or booth containing a toilet and often a washbowl.
4. a toilet in England

The handi-cap does not get noted here?
Is that because it is not noted in the IRC?

I think one needs to remember that the Code in a minimum requirement.
I am sure that there are a few people out there that would not be comfortable on a distance of 15" although allowed.
