The correct answer is b

According to Section R305 - Ceiling Height R305.1 of the 2003 IRC

Habitable rooms, hallways, corridors, bathrooms, toilet rooms, laundry rooms and basements shall have a ceiling height of not less than 7 feet ( 2134 mm). The required height shall be measured from the finished floor to the lowest projection from the ceiling.

Ok....before anyone says...BUT hey PAUL...you LARD BUTT......what about the exceptions.....sorry....they apply to OTHER areas...I only said what is the minimum ceiling height of a habitable space....not a toilet room, basement, laundry.....you get the point...

Thanks for you all for joining in....
